Introduction
Kuala Lumpur City Hall (Malay: Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, DBKL) is the local authority charged with the administration of Kuala Lumpur. It is an agency under the Federal Territories Ministry of Malaysia.
DBKL is responsible for public health and sanitation, waste removal and management, town planning, environmental protection and building control, social and economic development and general maintenance functions of urban infrastructure.

Main entrance is accessible, there is ramp provided just beside the parking

Disabled toilet
Located just behind information counter.
Door is open inwards, location of light switches is too high for wheelchair user.
Orange lighting is used in the toilet.
But there is no signage shown.

Lift
Out of 3 lifts, there is one lift equipped with disabled features.

Information Counter
Information counter is too high. No split level for wheelchair user.

Remark
Though the walkway outside building is equipped with tactile, but there is tactile to guide the blinds from the street to DBKL.
